1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Almuqri Institute website (almuqri.com) and our learning portal, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services Provided

Almuqri Institute provides online live educational services, including Qur'an memorization (Hifz), Tajweed, and Islamic Studies. Access to these live classes is provided via our proprietary Student Portal.

3. Billing and Subscriptions

Payment for classes is strictly prepaid via a recurring monthly subscription model. By enrolling, you authorize Almuqri Institute (via our payment processors Paystack or Flutterwave) to charge your payment method on a recurring 30-day billing cycle.

• Failed payments will result in a temporary suspension of portal access.
• You may pause your subscription up to two times a year for vacations.
• All prices are billed in the equivalent local currency based on standard exchange rates.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from your Student Portal settings. Due to the digital and time-based nature of our live classes, we do not offer refunds for partially used months or missed classes that were not rescheduled with prior 24-hour notice.

5. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain Islamic etiquette (Adab) with their instructors at all times. Any form of abuse, harassment, or inappropriate behavior during live sessions will result in immediate termination of the student's account without a refund.

6. Changes to Terms

Almuqri Institute reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify active students of any significant changes via the email address registered to their account.
